Payment and Refunds

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the products sold at H2. There are no refunds on any purchased design work through H2. Payment for any work to be completed by H2 must be paid in full ahead of time. By making any purchase through H2, you agree to the terms of agreement on this page upon payment made in full.
Turn-Around Times

The way I design sites is simple. I use a revision based system as "time" so during the design process we'll go through stages of the site design until it's fully completed, each full revision (1-3) is determined by certain aspects that have been fully completed in the design process. If certain aspects are taking longer than others, or we have to scrap the entire work we've completed we'll kindly ask the client to pay for an extra revision for the work provided. Usually a full site design is completed within a single month, but depending upon circumstances and the willingness of the client to work as a team and provide information in a timely manner it may or may not extend further.

Clients MUST keep in constant contact and submit files in a timely manner to complete their project in a timely manner. If the design isn’t finished within a respectable amount of time then an extra revision will be available for an extra cost as stated above. We hold the right to not deliver any files or designs until payment has been made to complete your project, before or after the design time starts. No specific timeline is guaranteed which is why I work based on revisions and the work completed within them.
Inactivity and Project Time Frames

Because we not only value our clients time but our own, you agree that if you are unable, or unwilling to stay in regular contact with us to complete your design and we haven't heard anything from you in 10 days time then you forfeit your payment and design time at the sole discretion of the designer. Clients may have the opportunity to purchase another revision or design time at the designers discretion. So please be sure to advise us if you decide to go on vacation or take some leave or unable to work for any period of time.
Copyrights and Licenses

All artwork and designs are copyrighted by Matt Hudson of H2. Designs may not be re-created, sold, redistributed, entered into contest, or given away in any way shape or form. You may not claim any design by Matt Hudson of H2 as your own creation or work.

By purchasing and using any designs from H2 you agree not to redistribute, modify to sell or give away, resell or share any digital elements contained within H2′s design(s). You wouldn’t want people to steal your photography images would you?

Should you modify your CUSTOM Pro Photo template we have designed specifically for you, we have the right to remove our branded copyright from your custom Pro Photo template at any time, however we still hold all copyrights to any graphics or design originally made by us for your custom pro photo template. Fonts used on custom blogs and templates are either free fonts available to download on the web, purchased by the client or system fonts you already have, any custom fonts will be declared should the client ask. Templates do not include any sample logos or images as seen on the demo sites.

Please respect not only my work but other photographers or designers work as well. Under US Copyright law, the designer or artist is the owner of all files and artwork created for the client. Wrongful use of my designs will result in full legal action.

All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed by the designer, which are not selected or used by the client will remain the full property of Matt Hudson of H2. Prices and Terms of agreement are subject to change without notice.

If files are lost due to personal computer malfunction, files will be replaced with proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt). Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available.

The Pro Photo Blog Theme is copyrighted to Net Rivet, Inc. Any photographs shown in design templates or demos on H2 were given permission of use by the owners. Those photographs remain the copyright to their respective owners.
